KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") for personal data processed through the quote and contact channels on zglashing.com.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: full name, company, business email, phone number.
• Request details: service requested, operation site, cargo details and descriptions.
• Transaction security: IP address, browser information and time of request.

3. Purposes

• Assessing the quote request and preparing and sending the quote,
• Contacting the requester and keeping them informed about the request,
• Securing the form and preventing abuse,
• Sending update emails, only with separate explicit consent.

4. Legal basis and collection method

Data is collected electronically through the website form and email. Quote-related data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2-(c) (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest of the controller). Update emails rely only on your separate, optional consent; declining does not affect your quote request.

5. Transfers

Data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with the providers of our web hosting and email services. Where their servers are located abroad, transfers are made in line with KVKK art. 9. Data is not sold or passed to third parties except where required by law.

6. Retention

Quote requests are kept while the request is handled and during any resulting business relationship, then for the statutory limitation periods, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to info@zglashing.com or in writing to the postal address above.
